We made amazing ANZAC cookies to celebrate ANZAC day. We worked in four groups so we first had to half the recipe. We competed against other groups to see whos cookies were the most crunchiest and the best tasting. It felt like we were on Papeast junior master chef. Here are some pictures of our ANZAC cookies.
It was a very tough decision but this was the winning groups cookies. This group was called Diamonds.
Well done to the other groups.

DeleteHere is the reciepe we used:
Ingredients
Half a cup of plain flour
Half a cup of rolled oats
Half a cup of brown suger
Quater cup of dissicated coconut.
62.5g of butter.
One tablespoon of golden syrup.
Half a tablespoon of water.
And quater of a teaspoon of bicabonate of soda.
Method
Mix all dry ingredients,melt butter and golden syrup and water. Mix the wet to the dry ingredients, make round shapes bake. It only takes about 10 minutes.
